Our service includes:
- Full use of our inclusive approach to talent attraction, assessment & hiring for new talent
- Planning, implementation and management of the Apprenticeship Levy strategy
- Mapping current, planned and potential apprenticeship provision across the organisation based on a Future Skills Audit
- Identifying & procuring approved and quality assured training providers who can deliver the planned apprenticeship programmes
- Drafting and execution of the contractual process between the employer & approved suppliers
- Coordinating the programme design with selected suppliers to ensure client needs are fully met
- Performance management of selected providers and provision, ensuring that the provision is at the required quality
- Design and production of Management Information (MI) reporting to assess progress, quality and performance
